Impulse to Impact LLC — Last updated September 29, 2026
Impulse to Impact LLC ("i2i," "we," "us") runs the Impulse to Impact Bridge™, a coaching program for founders. This policy covers impulse-to-impact.com and its subdomains, including our Execution Gap Assessment and booking pages.
When you take the assessment or book an Insight Call, we collect your name, email, phone number, and your quiz responses. If you book, we also collect the date, time, and any notes you add.
To show you your assessment results, follow up by email or text if you've opted in, schedule and remind you of booked calls, and — if you enroll in the Bridge — deliver coaching services under your enrollment agreement.
Our application form has two separate SMS boxes. If you tick the first, we may text you about your application and call: confirmations, reminders and schedule changes. If you tick the second, we may also text you coaching tips, offers and program updates. Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default; neither is required to apply, book a call or use our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, reply STOP anytime to opt out.
Our website and our marketing partners (Meta and Google Analytics) use cookies and similar tracking technology to understand how visitors use our site and to measure how our marketing performs. These tools may receive limited event data (e.g. "a call was booked"), never your quiz answers or message content. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some site features.
We do not sell your information, and we never share your phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. We share data only with the platforms that run our business — GoHighLevel (CRM/scheduling), Notion (internal workspace), and Autoploy (automation) — solely to operate day to day.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — access controls, encrypted connections, and limiting data access to what each tool needs — to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
As long as we have an active relationship with you, and after that as needed for our records or as the law requires.
Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. Ask us to access, update, or delete your information, or ask any other question about this policy, at [email protected].
